Public Records Request Forms and Fees

Under Oregon’s Public Records law (ORS 192), individuals, organizations, agencies, and businesses may request that Hood River County provide copies of, or access to, written documents and materials. Requests must:

• Be submitted in writing, either in person or by email

• Include complete contact information.

• Clearly describe the records being requested.

Please note that a fee may apply to cover staff time for researching and retrieving the records. You will be informed of any estimated fees in advance, and payment is required before the County can provide the requested records.
