Payment Center

Parking Permits (annual $30 or Daily $5) are required for parking in the Fee Parking Zones
located at Seven Streams, Post Flats, Family Man, Binns Hill, Kingsley and Pinemont Staging Areas.

If the Hood River County staff person you are currently working with has directed you here to pay for services, please click the “Fee Payment” button below.  You will be directed to our merchant services provider’s secure website to submit your payment. 

Please be sure to enter a valid email address to receive your receipt for your payment.

You will need to forward your receipt to the staff person you are working with so they can verify payment was made. 

Please include a brief description of the fees you have paid for in your email to the county employee.

  • Liquor License application (new or renewal)

• VISA DEBIT CARDS: A service fee of 1%
• CREDIT AND OTHER DEBIT CARDS: A service fee of 2.50%
• ECHECK: $2.00 per check - unlimited accounts can be paid with one check.

The Fees above are from the processing company and not received by Hood River County.
