Drug Testing

Youth on probation may be ordered by the court to submit to drug testing (urinalysis) as determined by the Juvenile Department for accountability.

The Juvenile department also provides drug testing kits for $10 to parents who would like their children tested and are not on probation.  The results of these voluntary tests are only shared with parents and will not be used for legal purposes.
