Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00-5:00 PST.  We are available by phone Monday thru Friday 8:30-4:30 PST.

If you have received a citation please follow the directions on the back of your summons copy. 

You may verbally enter a plea of Not Guilty by phone but the Court will not accept an explanation over the phone. 

You may either respond in person at your scheduled court time, by written statement via the mail, or by fax. 541-374-8121.  The fax is available 24 hours a day.

If you wish to appear in person take Interstate 84, Exit #44 from either direction, the off ramp turns into WaNaPa.

The Justice Court  is located at 440 WaNaPa on the south side of the highway, between the Columbia Market grocery store and the Cascade Inn Restaurant.
