Hood River County Public Records Request


Under Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192), individuals, organizations, agencies, and businesses may request copies of or access to written documents and materials from Hood River County.



   How to Submit a Request                                 

Public records requests must:

  • Be submitted in person or by email

  • Include complete contact information

  • Clearly describe the records you are requesting

 

Step 1: Complete the Request Form

Download and print the Public Records Request Form (PDF).

Step 2: Submit the Form

After completing and signing the form, you may submit it in one of the following ways:

Fees                                                                     

A fee may apply to cover staff time spent researching, locating, and preparing records.

  • You will be notified in advance if fees apply.

  • Payment is required before records are released.
