| Our Hiring Process |
Our hiring process differs based on the role. However, here's a general outline of what you can expect when going through the hiring process with us:
- Application Review: Our hiring committee will review applications.
- Panel Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a group interview which may include conversations with department staff, leadership, and community partners.
- Final Interview: Final candidates will be invited to meet with department heads and/or senior leaders.
- Background Check: Depending on the role, background checks may take place before or after a job offer.
- Final Decision: All candidates will receive notification of their status.
