Regular Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (usually closed for the lunch hour)

Since our small team of Environmental Health Specialists is often out in the field, it is best to call ahead and make sure someone is in before arriving; you may also schedule an appointment.

Our areas of regulatory oversight include: drinking water protection, licensing & regulation of food, lodging, pool and spa facilities, oversight of onsite waste water disposal systems.  We also provide guidance for solid waste and recycling programs and communicable disease investigations.  As well, our staff play a significant role in public health emergency preparedness.
