911 Dispatcher
On any given day, a 911 dispatcher receives calls ranging from a parking complaint to a medical emergency. Dispatchers receive and relay information to law enforcement, fire and medical services via phone and radio. If you have what it takes to be a 911 Dispatcher, consider applying to become a Dispatcher Trainee or Certified Dispatcher. Next review September 19.
Payroll Accountant
This position performs payroll and any other accounting functions according to established procedures, conducting and verifying data entry and preparing related reports. Apply by September 16.
Victim Advocate Coordinator
This position administers processes for crime victims, including contacting and advising identified victims on justice and court processes, providing information to victims, and accompanying victims to court. Apply by September 16.
Public Health Nurse
A Registered Nurse is needed to perform duties as a Public Health Nurse in a planned community health program. This may include work in multiple programs including immunization, reproductive health, communicable disease, and/or case management. Next review September 19.
Records & Assessment Clerk
This position performs a variety of clerical tasks including maintaining assessment records, processing assessment forms and personal property returns, compiling sales information, recording documents, issuing marriage licenses, performing election functions, and assisting the public with inquiries. Entry level with promotional opportunities. Next review September 19.
Sheriff Deputy - (Entry Level or Lateral)
A Sheriff Deputy investigates citizen complaints, patrols county roads, residential and business areas, investigates traffic accidents, and enforces traffic and criminal laws. Lateral candidates must have three years law enforcement experience. Open until filled and applications reviewed frequently.
