Ryan White Case Management Services

The Ryan White program empowers people living with HIV to improve their overall health and quality of life through CAREAssist wrap-around services, Oregon’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program, and CAREAssist. 

As of February 17, 2026, Hood River County Health Department will transfer Ryan White Case Management Services to Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living (EOCIL). Click here to learn more about EOCIL's services and contact information.
