Contact the Hood River County Forestry Office at 918 18th Street, Hood River Oregon (541-387-6888) to purchase a permit or for items not listed below.

Permits Available:

Flat Rock:  2 sites accessible;  Maximum of 2 pickup loads in a calendar year. $20.00/pickup load. Site availability determined at discretion of Forestry Director    

Firewood:                                           

NO FIREWOOD CUTTING IN LEVEL III OR IV                   

Reminder: No firewood cutting past 1:00 pm during Regulated Use Closure no matter what the IFPL level is.
