This meeting will have a public hearing; pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279C.335(5) for the purpose of taking comments on Hood River County’s draft findings for the approval of an exemption from competitive bidding for a public improvement project (i.e., alternative contracting method), utilizing a Request for Proposal (RFP), for the selection of design-build contracting services to design and construct a solar plus solar storage system at Mt. Hood Town Hall.
